How to Register
- Choose the activity you'd like to attend on the homepage of the registration portal.
- Click the Register button, and you’ll be redirected to the registration form.
- Fill out the form and click Submit.
- You’ll receive an email with a link you need to click to verify your email address. Make sure to check your spam folder just in case it ends up there.
- Once your regional coordinator approves your registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
- From that moment:
- If you selected registration with accommodation, you can reserve your spot by paying the deposit within 15 days. Your registration won’t be considered until the deposit is made.
- If you selected registration without accommodation, you can pay the full amount to reserve your spot in the activities.
To make either the deposit payment (for registration with accommodation) or the full payment (for registration without accommodation), go to the registration portal and log in to My Registrations using the same email and password you used to sign up.
You’ll see your registration status on the screen. Click Manage and then select Payment from the available options. Follow the steps shown on the screen.
- If you registered with accommodation, make your final payment before the deadline indicated on the platform, following the same steps you used for the deposit.
