General Terms and Conditions UNIV

1. General Information

The registration and participation in UNIV implies that you accept of the rules of operation for participants.

2. Conditions for registration and admission

Registration, booking, and payment can only be made through this registration portal by following the steps indicated and sent to the email address of the registrant. Admission to the activity is in the hands of the person in charge of the activity, who has information on the number of participants and places available.

3. Deadlines and times

Once you have registered for this activity and the registration has been accepted by the coordinator, you must pay a registration deposit to secure your spot. Later on in the registration process, participants will have to pay the balance of the registration fee.  All stages of the registration have a deadline that must be adhered to to guarantee the possibility of acceptance and payment. If the deadlines are not met, participation in the activity cannot be guaranteed.

Spots are not considered confirmed until the reservation fee has been fully paid.

4. Fees and cancellation

The down payment or full registration payment - except in exceptional cases due to medical reasons and with medical proof - will not be refunded if the registration for an activity is cancelled. Nor will it be refunded if the participant decides to leave before the end of the activity.

5. Notifications by e-mail

During the phases of the registration process (application, validation, deposit if required and final payment) you will receive e-mail notifications to the address you indicate in the registration form. You may also receive some e-mails addressed to all participants in an activity.  If you wish, you can request to be removed from this e-mailing list, but not from registration notifications.
