General Terms and Conditions UNIV
1. General Information
The registration and participation in the UNIV implies that you accept of the rules of operation for participants.
2. Conditions for registration and admission
Registration, booking and payment can only be made through this registration portal by following the steps indicated and received at the e-mail address requested on the registration form. Admission to the activity is in the hands of the person in charge of the activity, who has information on the number of participants and places available.
3. Deadlines and times
Each activity will have a registration deadline to be observed in order to guarantee possible acceptance and payment. Failure to do so within this period will not guarantee participation.
4. Fees and cancellation
If you decide to pay by bank transfer, we would appreciate if you clearly indicate your name and the concept of the payment (reservation/final payment/full payment) of UNIV.
The amount paid for the reservation or full payment - except in exceptional cases due to medical reasons and with proof of payment - will not be refunded if the registration for an activity is cancelled. Nor will it be refunded if the participant decides to leave before the end of the activity.
5. Data privacy
In compliance with current legislation, the data provided will be duly protected and destroyed (confidential data) after the activity.
6. Notifications by mail
During the registration process (application, validation, booking payment if required and final payment) you will receive mail notifications to the address you indicate in the registration form. You may also receive some mails addressed to all participants in an activity. And later information about new courses or activities. If you wish, you can request to be removed from this mailing list, but not from the registration notification mailing list.
