This seminar has a long legacy back 4 decades ago to Dr. Pedro Marquina´s work who is considered to be the father of microsurgery in Spain. 

It is designed for doctors, and residentes specializing in traumatology, plastic surgery, physiotherapy and rehabilitation who have a special interest in developing technical skills in hand microsurgery. For practical sessions each student will work in a station equipped with a microscope and will work with an experimental animal in order to practice vasculo-nervous microsutures

The practical sessions will be held on March 15th and 16th while the theoretical sessions will take place on March 17th to 18th
