1. General Information
Registration and participation in these activities implies acceptance of the operating rules by the participants.
2. Registration and admission conditions
The registration, reservation and payment can be made only from this registration portal following the steps indicated and will be received at the email address requested in the registration form. Admission to the activity is in the hands of the person responsible for the activity, who has data on the number of attendees and places.
3. Deadlines and times
Each activity will have a registration period to which it is subject to guarantee possible acceptance and payment. Failure to do so within that period will not guarantee participation. There will be deadlines in which the inscriptions will have discounts or surcharges to assume and which will be indicated in each case.
4. Prices and cancellation
The amount paid in the reservation or full payment - except in exceptional cases for medical reasons and under justification - will not be refunded if the registration for an activity is finally canceled. Nor will it be reimbursed if the participant decides to leave it before the end of it.
5. Data privacy
In compliance with current legislation, the data provided will be duly protected and destroyed (confidential) after the activity.
6. Notifications by mail
During the registration process (application, validation, reservation payment if required and final payment) you will receive email notifications to the address indicated on the registration form. You may also receive some emails addressed to all participants in an activity. And later information on new events. When you want, you can request the unsubscribe from that list of informative emails, not from those of registration notifications.
