How much does it really cost? Is there a monthly fee?
No monthly fee. No long-term commitment. You pay an initial setup fee of €50 which is applied to your first registrations (equivalent to 125 registrants at €0.40 each). After that, you only pay €0.40 VAT included per registration received. If you have no registrations in a month, you pay nothing.
Do I need technical knowledge to set up my portal?
No. We set everything up for you. You tell us the details of your event and within 24-48 hours your portal is up and running. We even configure the payment gateway if needed. You just have to share the link.
How and when do I receive the money from registrations?
Registration money goes directly to your bank account through the payment gateway you choose (Redsys, Stripe, PayPal, Bizum...). Neither the money nor the bank details of your registrants pass through our servers. Payout times depend on each gateway, usually 24-48 hours.
Can I try it before paying?
The initial €50 setup fee works as a trial: it is applied to your first 125 registrations. If in the first few months you find it doesn't work for you, there's no long-term commitment. No obligation. No strings attached.
Can I customize the registration forms?
Yes. For each event you can design the form with unlimited questions, different response types, multiple registration options with different prices, on-screen handwritten signature, and customized terms and conditions. All without coding.
Does it support high traffic volumes? Where are the servers located?
Yes. The platform is hosted in one of the best European datacenters (Barcelona) with DDoS protection, daily backups, and continuous monitoring. In our peak month, we managed over 100,000 automated emails without any issues.
Can I add additional content to my portal?
Yes. From the dashboard you can add and edit all the content pages you need: event information, schedule, images, downloadable files. You also have an integrated blog and store with shopping cart.
